The office is very dysfunctional it takes a long time for them to get anything done
This is the most non professional doctor's office that I have ever been to ! You have NP's that thinks they are doctor's they totally screwed up all my father's diabetes medications got him really sick. Had to find a specialist that worked with me on getting my dad's diabetes back in check. Oh and did I mention that my father's wallet came out of his back pocket and was sitting in the chair in the office where he was being treated , we asked to see if they had found the wallet they said no I procedure to walk to the back off... read more
Very Polite & All Around Great Care
After 25+ years, the office began scheduling two months follow ups. I called the office and cancelled my appointment. The office called and left a message to say my appointment was not cancelled. I went to the Healow app to cancel my appointment, and to give my reason. The app is also unresponsive. I'm ready to find a new PCP!!!
Can never reach this office. The phone just goes to an obnoxious tune and no one answers. On hold 20 minutes which is ridiculous.
