As an elderly disabled tenant I find that living at Clare Castle suits all my needs. The environment is safe, clean and the tenants are like family. I love being in the heart of Clare, especially in the warmer months because there’s so much to do within walking distance.
Update..4/1/2024. The staff has listened to our concerns and made some positive changes to staff and safety. Our Dad is very comfortable living at the Clare Castle. Convenient living solution for the elders of Clare, MI. Although we have had many safety concerns since our father moved in. Elevator not working three times after power outage/surges. Convenient living solution for the elders of Clare, MI. Although we have had many safety concerns since our father moved in. Elevator not working three times after power outage/surges. Parking lot and sidewalks not maintained during winter. Staff is unavailable most of the time to attend to these concerns. The owners of this building need to know that these senior residents are at risk and they should address these concerns and work on a better 24/7 maintenance, emergency, and evacuation plan.
