Thanks for the great service! This manager deserves a raise and a promotion. I've bought several cars in my life, but I've never seen such a good salesman. Usually, everyone complains about my accent, but this manager spoke to me sincerely and friendly and didn't even flinch at my bad accent. He's very good)
Travelling through Clare with caravan when warning lights come on dash (refer to dealer). Stopped at Clare Valley Toyota and staff were tremendous. Liam and his team diagnosed the problem was with the left hand intercooler hose and had us back on the road in very good time. At the price quoted. We constantly travel Australia and find the Toyota Dealerships most helpful.
Utterly untrustworty. BEWARE. The service team charged me $167 to misdiagnose an obvious electrical fault and wanted to charge $720 to replace spark plugs which had already been recently replaced. They also falsely claimed that the fuel pump was at point of failure and wanted to charge $2300 for this. When I went to an alternative toyota dealer they were able to verify with test results that the fault was neither of the above but was actually the coils.
