Was caught in a pickle when trying to order flowers for the bride the morning of the wedding when I was too sick to be in bridal party. I rang in a desperate flap, thinking I’d left it too late but - staff were LOVELY, comforting, empathetic, understanding and just so helpful. Was able to organise flowers for prompt delivery and the bride LOVED the gorgeous bright arrangement the florist had put together. Thank you for being a shining light for me on what was a really hard day 💕
