Lovely dentist & reception staff overall great experience, thank you
Rang monday morning for an emergency appointment and got a call back Tuesday morning at 8 with an appointment. Reception staff were wonderful. I seen Ben, l can't speak highly enough of him n his manner, he made me feel at ease n spoke so calmly and explained everything as he went... my fear of dentist is a serious problem but made my next appointment before l left. Called Friday with broken sharp tooth, went on their emergency cancellation list and got a call first thing Monday. Everyone was so kind and my dentist was obviously very good at his craft. I'm a health care card holder, and they accepted the emergency code issued by SA Health. A great experience for me!
