Clare Staton was a life-saver when it can time to sell my life partners home in the cold and wet winter of early 2025. There was so much work to be done, the house needed a lot! Clare was amazing to work with on the sale of our house. She was always responsive, provided clear recommendations on how to improve the look of our house for showing, and even hired movers on her own dime to remove some furniture and rearrange things to maximize the visual and feel of rooms. We had multiple offers within days after listing and closed in less than a month.
