He is an excellent physician with an attitude to match. Dr. Clare-Salzler is very through, and I consider myself lucky to have had him as my endocrinologist. Although the staff was very friendly to work with, they could use some improvement in their attention to details.
I was going to a specialist in Orlando for my Diabetes and while technically proficient, I always waited an hour for the doctor who was always in a rush when she finally came into the exam room and I grew weary of the office experience. I sought out Dr. Clare-Salzler in Gainesville and could not be more pleased. He is the head of the department, but is always on time for our appointments, listens patiently to all my concerns, is very mentally available, never rushes me and knows cutting edge research. I highly recommend him.
