UPDATE: Clare's response to this review (below) is a cowardly lie. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sellers and buyers beware. I approached Clare to have her team represent me--she assured me that they could professionally represent both sides. She delegated me to a young realtor, who represented me on 2 offers.
