Would give 0 stars if I could. Sellers and buyers beware. I approached Clare to have her team represent me--she assured me that they could professionally represent both sides. She delegated me to a young realtor, who represented me on 2 offers. I walked away from both historical homes due to inspection information and unethical business practices.
