Vera is the worst manager they have ever had she dose pick n choose who she wants to help they should replace her for real
Property manager at this location Vera Medina is the best. She’s the most helpful, most honest apartment manager I’ve ever dealt with. She’s always working with integrity always performing her best at her job duties doing her best to keep the property running great and looking great. I highly recommend Clare Gardens just for the fact she is the property manager.
If I could I would give this place a zero. Management picks and chooses who they make follow the rules. Management constantly harasses my sister about having stuff on her porch when other residents allows have furniture and grills on their porch. My sister has been there for over 10 years. She's been waiting for a few months for them to fix her stove and it's a safety hazard because it turns on by itself. The new manager always singles my sister out and so does the maintenance. I will say it's sad to see from my view how limited the residents in this community are they're limited access in and out of the community because management locked the back gate kids and adults have to circle all the way around through the compact street of osceola, cars coming and going you can't really see because all the parked cars along the street it is more dangerous then anything. Families that dont have vehicles carry their groceries from Safeway have to walk the extra mile to get to their apartment, kids that walk ... read more
