Clare is the best realtor. This is the second house I have bought with Clare. I have also bought two houses out of state and I missed her guidance and expertise with each of those transactions. Clare is responsive and proactive. She has a firm understanding of New Orleans homes and a network of tradespeople to for guidance and quotes. In my experience, other agents like working with Clare. Clare helped me sell my house through a process with a very difficult buyer and, incidentally, a category 4 hurricane that hit the day before our closing. I loved my old house and she understood what it meant to sell the first house I had ever owned. She guided me through the process and helped with all of my questions and managed very hostile buyers who had a terrible agent representing them. I felt so lucky to have her on my team. Is six stars an option? Clare is the absolute best. She’s knowledgeable, cool-headed, patient, kind—and has a Rolodex of all the inspectors, lawyers, engineers you will ever need. We felt we could trust Clare completely, which we so valued as new homebuyers. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
