As a regular Accor member Diamond I felt it necessary to comment on this hotel. It had a great feel when we checked in. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our accommodation was superb and we had a beautiful upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was modern spacious and so comfortable. The dinner was something to die for, and the restaurant staff were lovely and accommodating. We wished we stayed for longer. The day of my father's funeral my Mum booked a room for my wife, one year old son, 4 year old daughter and myself so we didn't have to drive back home after the wake with two tired little ones. We called in advance to let them know it would be a late check in and that it was my Mum's name on the booking. The staff said that would be no problem and to call them when we arrive so they could let us know how to get into our room. Brilliant - quiet but also close to town - deluxe king room booked - split into two singles beds - beds were soo comfy, awesome shower - with huge shower head, massive towels plus had a substantial buffet breakfast selection including gluten free cereal and bread options! Great price - friendly accomodating staff - Well done CCC - we’ll definitely be back !!
