RecommendedMy wife and I were on a weekend Jeep excersion with some friends. We stayed in Clare for the weekend and before leaving town we visited. Very cool experience. Donuts were awesome. I tried an Apple fritter and a long John. Both were very good. Staff was also very friendly.
DO NOT TIP YOUR WAITRESSES!! They work very hard to give you amazing service, so you would think that the tip you leave them is for their hard work, and help put food on their tables. The TRUTH is, the police keep all the tips YOU think is going to the excellent server, but it doesn't. Please fact check if you don't believe me. Thank you.
Unique family friendly bakery with great donuts and baked treats.
By far the BEST place to go. The doughnuts are great and the staff is super friendly. No other place is as great as Cops & Doughnuts of Clare! And as always, I completely BACK THE BLUE and all of our First Responders and their crew!
I’m going to Clare area for the last 30 years to play golf. And a number of years back when the police bought it enjoyed it enjoyed every year and at least get one donut maybe two when I’m up there. Always good donuts
My beautiful wife and I drive up to cops and doughnuts from Owosso to feed our grandkids treats once in awhile. cops and donuts have the best nutty donuts in the world. Very polite service!!

The Date cookies here are like no others the donuts are really good, love this place
