I'm sorry to report a similar experience to Ron, except that I never requested a new mattress or reached out to the manufacturer. I hate to post a negative review on a Michigan-made product, however they really need to stop making the EC Seasons II mattress. Bought our first restonic mattress 6 months ago , I would advise you to try one best dollars we ever spent , the name brand we got rid of was only 14 months old and we could not sleep on it , $1700. We sold it for $100 because the company wouldn't replace our fix , restonic saved our life thank you
We recently equipped our latest rental resort with custom restonic mattresses. Don and his team were fast and efficient with production and delivered a top-quality product at a great price. We won't go anywhere else ! ( by the way ,completely USA made products) and built right here in upper Michigan .
