EDIT as of 7/3/26 This is an update to my original review. I have been advised that I should have someone assess the damage to my pool filtration system, and send them the bill, due to their failure to properly service and open my pool. The representative who contacted from Clardon made such ignorant statements including “you did not contact us”. I've been coming here for several years and have had great service, and they have been very helpful until my most recent visit 2 weeks ago. We went in to see about replacement parts for our filter, and the woman was not helpful and rude. We ended up visiting another pool store the same day and got the part we needed. I guess they didn't need our business. At this point, we will not be returning. I gave them 3 stars because the gentleman that is usually there was always very helpful. He wasn't there the last time we came in.
Excellent customer service, They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I appreciate that. Great people, Great place.
Disappointing experience. I bought a house with a pool, I have never owned one and it needs service (still). I wanted to give this highly referred local company my business before we even moved in. I first called August 18 and spoke with a very polite lady who said I would be getting a call back from someone else. I now have waited almost a month from my initial call, with 2 follow up calls in between. First follow up was Aug 31, and a second follow up on Sept 11.
