Disappointing experience. I bought a house with a pool, I have never owned one and it needs service (still). I wanted to give this highly referred local company my business before we even moved in. I first called August 18 and spoke with a very polite lady who said I would be getting a call back from someone else. I now have waited almost a month from my initial call, with 2 follow up calls in between. First follow up was Aug 31, and a second follow up on Sept 11. If you have an pool needs, this is the place you want to go. They know pools inside and out! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they also go out of their way to meet any needs you have for your swimming pools. The store is always clean, well stocked, and of course bright and colorful. If you want to get top quality products at a great price, expert advise, as well as be treated like family, this is your place!
