Rude leasing office with horrible communication If given the opportunity to rent from here...DONT. The staff in the leasing office are unfriendly and down right rude. No communication is sent to residents, and when given it’s always wrong. On several occasions I’ve received notices dated days prior but given on he day of. Example being mandatory “extermination” notice for the same day...in 15 minutes. Apartments still not rebuilt We are now going into December and since the hurricane came through 3 months ago all they have done is strip out the apartments. Not one thing has been done to fix the apartments. Plastic for ceilings. Roofs with tarps still on them. Interior walls that are not there. Carpet has been removed as well as the linoleum floors. Trying to use the AC on hot days or heat on cold nights is useless because the AC/heater can't keep up since the plastic ceilings do not insulate anything. Whenever we ask some... read more
Great Staff after disaster I have lived here 4 years, I can tell you that nothing brings out the best and worst in people during and after a natural disaster. We have been very fortunate to live here as hurricane harvey hit, minimal damage to our apt, and quick maintenance. Susan and Lynn have been great at organizing the repair efforts so quickly. Current Tenant I've lived here for about 4 years now. The only nice thing I can say about this apartment is the size. The folks in the office is rude especially Polly. The rest of them just lie. The maintenance guy (the younger one) thinks he owns the place and is the rudest of them all. There have been multiple car break ins in the last year and as recent as a week ago sometimes over 20 cars per night. The playground is filled with young thugs smoking weed. Past Tenant Polly is nice the front office staff are very rude, the complex is dirty, tenants smoke dope, spit and throw trash are on the stairs, no night lights are in parking lot. Cars are broken into often and make sure when you leave take pictures of the inside because they will cut your deposit down with outrages charges not a good place for growing up kids.

this place is beyond annoying To start off the apartment complex use to be so bad I've seen someone get killed. Since then security has basically took over. You can't sit in your car, you can't hang out outside your apartment for more than a minute. Most of them treat you like criminals and you have to follow a numerous set of rules. Now for management, they are constantly raising the rent. We moved from one apartment to another because we wanted lower rent and now they raised the new apartment rent.
