My mom was very comfortable staying here. We moved her in after a year at another facility where we fought UTI after UTI.. We moved my mom to This facility in May, and stayed there for 18 months till she passed. My mom didn't have a single UTI in that time, always was kept very clean and comfortable. The dementia was hard to watch, but she was mostly very happy. Thanks to the staff for helping her and my family thru this.
This place needs to be shut down immediately I'm absolutely appalled by the neglect these poor residents have to endure not to mention the staff is treated almost as inhumane as the residents, this place needs to be investigated and for the good of the residents and there families it needs to be shut down
If I could give zero Stars, I absolutely would because this place does not even deserve 1. The staff is very negligent when it comes to the care of their residents. Leaving them strapped in chairs all day, laying in soiled clothing and beds, etc. The staff treats these residents so poorly, it's disgusting. Don't even get me started on Jodi. She's unprofessional and very mentally unstable. She's stealing money from her employees and refusing to pay them what they worked for. BEWARE! Please do not trust this woman with your loved ones. Very vile. And does not care for the patients the way the need to be. I’ve never been so disgusted with a business in my life. If you care about your loved ones AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
