I came here to get my hair done expecting to have a good experience but got the complete opposite. I had done a color service done by ALEXANDRA MORENO. I grew my hair out for about a year to get this service done, I had let her know that I had previous color in my hair from a year prior. I asked her a couple times if she thought it would lift, she didn’t do a strand test.
