Audrey was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! I had a ton of questions because I’m having a reduction before my wedding & I was stressing about how everything works & dress ordering timelines, etc. She was so nice & answered every question I had & really helped put me at ease. She’s the best!
I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was with them. They were so kind and accommodating and every single dress I put on was gorgeous. It made the decision so difficult because I truly would have been happy to wear ANY of them. Their samples were in excellent condition and they were so thoughtful with every aspect of the experience. I went to another local shop and the experience did not even compare. I cannot recommend clara vitorrio enough
I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the owners! My sister and I called and they had just left their shop. They offered (without us even asking) to come back for my sister to try on dresses! Amazing customer service and their store is a dream. The nicest bridal store I’ve ever been in. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for that perfect wedding dress! You will be so cared for and feel like a queen with how well they treat their clients!
I have so many happy and grateful feelings for this bridal shop, it’s hard to put into words. The girls make everything so easy and comforting when it comes to picking out dresses and trying them on. I am the type of girl who loves just about every style, so the patience they had when it came to me trying on just about everything and retrying on dresses was unremarkable!
