I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rup and his office! He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he truly takes the time to listen and make sure all of your questions are answered. I never feel rushed, and he does a great job explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand. The entire office staff is also wonderful. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone has been professional and friendly. The waiting area is great! They have a stocked bar and comfortable chairs along with TV’s Incase you don’t want to stare at your phone. Thanks again for the fastest yet accurate eye exam experience I’ve ever had.
Staff is great friendly and helpful. But will do some research on frame prices next time.
