Where do I start with this place? I lived there for almost a decade. At first, the place was passable. Cathy and Frank made the tenants feel at home, promptly resolved any issues with the units, performed regular inspections, and made sure the security system was working properly. They also kept an eye out for robberies, which is a common occurrence in this particular location considering the neighborhood and drug addicts are close.
