Worst thing I have ever dealt with in my life. As a family member I am horrified by the treatment of both patients and loved ones. I have seen better care and responsibility at vet offices. This place really need to be investigated by the state.
what a joke this place is. the nurses and technicians do not care about you. i was literally told to give them the answers they want to hear so i can get out of there, by one of the staff members. so clearly mental health is not taken seriously here.
