This Clara Polak should not be referred to as a Doctor she has no respect toward her patients she makes you wait in her lobby for 4 hrs then one of her rude nurses calls you in to exam room only to wait 3 more hrs. When she finally sees you she talks about her weird life and just sends you off to get blood work in less than 8 min and never tells you results!! Plus entire office goons are extremely rude inexperienced and no help at all I doubt they have any credentials THEY SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED

Dr. Polak is inconsiderate of her patients time. The wait is upward 2 hours, some of the people wait for FOUR. This isn't a hospital and it is baffling that any patient be expected to wait this long for service. Horrible horrible I do not recommend her or this doctors office. Look elsewhere.

All of my experiences with her have been fabulous. She has been my doctor for over 3 years now, and during those 3 years she oversaw my health from a horrible car accident, to my mental health and depression. She is petty opinionated on some medications but that is from her years of experience. Only 2 complaints. One is the wait time, which can be upwards of 2 hours. The other is her cell phone which she has on her all the time. So sometimes she has to take a call while she working with you.
