If you dont want to work customer service - dont work customer service. It all starts and ends with the receptionist - always. First and last impression. I called in this morning because I have discovered a lump. To me - its a pretty good sized lump. I'm 39 - will be 40 in January - so I'm right on target to begin my mammograms anyway. I'm tired of repeated miscommunication with this office. I feel like they're wasting time that's valuable to me and that I'm just one more patient that they won't have any more of something happens
Today's visit was for a mammogram. Staff was kind and courteous. Appointment occured on time. Everything was clean. Highly recommend
I am a 21 year survivor of breast cancer. Had untypical symptoms reflective of cancer but did have a mass on my mammogram that did not present as typical. I waited 2 weeks for an US which still showed the sizeable mass and needed biopsied which took 2 weeks to schedule. When I went for the US biopsy I was told by the MD that it definitely wasn't malignant and was perturbed about biopsying it. It would be nice is the address was on the outside of the building....... You had one job!!!!!! Lol. I can't trust these jokers, can't even put the address on the outside, the address is inside the front doors. Genius!!! Really smart people work here!!!
