This was our third time using Clara to either purchase or sell a property. Living out of state and trying to sell our town home, we knew Clara would do everything she could to make the process as stress free and timely as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable and comes highly recommended.

Clara answered every question we asked and always replied to our phone calls in a timely manner. Also, she provided us with names of reliable repair men and gave us advice regarding getting rid of books, etc. She drove us to and from closing.

Clara has helped me buy two homes! Each time was very quick and responsive. She doesn't pressure you to make a move unless it's the right one for you and market demands a quick response. She is well connected with reliable and responsive contractors and reaches out to them when needed for repairs, radon testing or mitigation, inspections, etc. she communicated with seller's agent frequently to be sure the the deal was moving forward as timely as possible.
