I'm a woman in my 40s, and I've been having increasing sleep and acne problems for the past few years. I started seeing Dr Barnett when I started training for a marathon, and my sleep and energy levels were getting even worse. Dr Barnett provided a supplements plan and helped me improve my diet, and in a few months I saw marked improvement. I highly recommend Dr Barnet as she is very knowledgeable but also understanding, so she helps me incorporate changes that work for my preferences.
I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Barnett. She helped me through chronic pains, as well as fertility. She always takes the time to listen to your wholistic state of wellness, and suggests natural remedies that I will use for a lifetime. She is empathetic, informed, and effective. She has dramatically improved my overall health, and I would recommend her highly to anyone!
I have been so fortunate to work with Dr. Clara over the past few years! She brings deep insight and knowledge as well as pragmatic suggestions for steps I can take to support my health. I love her approach to Acupuncture which meets me where I am and addresses both short and longer term issues.
Dr. Barnett is really kind and helped me to focus on some of the underlying issues that may be causing inflammation in my body vs. just treating the symptoms.
