I have been with this practice for 17 years. I chipped my tooth today and this very hurried receptionist told me they have deregistered me because I supposedly missed an appointment a year ago. So upsetting. I never got a letter in the post telling me this news!
Great dentist's surgery - very reliable and friendly.
They no longer offer NHS treatment even for people who have been going for 10years to them like myself. They explained it's not possible to notify customers in advance as they would get too many phone calls. Fair to say I left feeling like I had been conned and not trusting their service. At that appointment they recommend two fillings. Having now gone to another dentist with high reviews they said one tooth needs keeping an eye on the other looked fine. Time will tell who was right. But it makes you think.
