Had them put in a humidifier for us, on a home they were the builders contractor for HVAC. They not only put that in, but then opened a repair ticket themselves when they found something I hadn't noticed, and got that fixed as well! Using them for a second house!
After looking through permits pulled on our house it was shown this company put in an AC unit for the builder. They just threw a unit in to say "it has AC" but did not size the unit properly for the square footage of the house thus my house doesn't cool. I would not recommend using this company.
They have been to our house 10 or more times and cannot fix the problem. They are never on time, they will not show up sometimes and not call to let you know. So your sitting around your house all day waiting for them. I wouldn't recommend this company
If I could give zero stars I would. Our heater stopped working during these freezing temperatures. Tech said he would get part and come back. Been waiting all afternoon. Guy never showed. Called after hours and was told tech had come and no one was home. So untrue. Been waiting to get furnace fixed so our kids will be warm tonight. After hours guy also refused to come. Told us tech was busy tomorrow installing air conditioning units so he couldn't fix the heater. What?!! Total mess of a company. Do not use them!
