We hired them because we advised renters were moving in and we needed a detailed clean. Quoted $300. The bedroom carpets were not vacuumed. The bathrooms sinks were still filthy with construction dirt, the hardwood floors not even touched and drywall dust all settled into the corners. The kitchen appliances, sticky with goo and cobwebs.
