Very, very disappointed in the lack of customer service for the 1st time. I go to Hatings from Apple Valley just to gift shop there. No one was greeting customer, could not answer questions and when I couldnt be found in the computer - she acted disgusted & said I couldnt receive the sale prices without being a member. When I asked if I could re-sign up - she was even more disgusted. Since I was with my daughter & her baby, I said we would just put our items back & she just brushed past us & left!
