Excellent experience, associates were very friendly and helpful, I was seen at my appointment time and Dr. Clancy was very knowledgeable and professional.

Fine doctor, professional, takes time with the patient. Staff is very nice. It is worth the 90 minute drive to get to his office and to have him as my eye doctor.
From the beginning (getting directions to office from staff) to the end (providing me with payment information) all communication was professional, friendly, and helpful. I visited Dr. Clancy for a second opinion> He did a thorough eye exam and was able to provide me with a prescription for new eyeglasses and better vision. He also took the time to explain what might happen to my eyesight in the future and the procedure to correct it. My whole experience was five stars.
Dr. Clancy and his staff accommodated me with a short notice appointment. Furthermore, they followed up with me throughout the day to confirm my appointment. Check in with the staff was professional and quick. Dr. Clancy was knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms so that I could easily understand.
Timely on appointment, took info easily, Dr was gracious as was the entire staff. And exam results were very clearly communicated.
