horrible place. Roof leaks, carpet has mold in padding, was sick for months until we moved out.
Good location and great views... I really like this place would definitely come back
Rented an office downtown from them and it was awful. The ceiling got wet and fell on a bunch of our computers. The elevator is a death trap and doesn't work half the time. There are an average of 12 people smoking in front of the entrance due to a call center being at the top floor. Most of the office suites were vacant. Read the fine print, they also own a collection agency so beware of their strict financial and lease contract.
