I enjoy living hear and I'm happy and feel safe. The staff is great. The only problem is some employees in the past didn't understand how to deal with people with a mental illness or learning disabilities but as of now the staff is supportive and understanding. Clancy hills keep me in you're thoughts and prayers and thank you so much. The current staff is great . They never answer the phone
I just visit sometimes, when they have activities. The Manager is Awesome and she loves her residents, She makes sure that they get what is needed to live on the property.
I have read the comments I don’t agree Renee is racist but I do agree she is not fit for her job and need a mental evaluation, I took long to do a review to be respectful but this would be a great property to stay at if Renee was not in the office she loves reaction and loves to ruin people day, she loves to show her power, and loves to have the last lick. I’ve been here for less than a year, & I regretted moving in the first 2 months of living here. I’ve gotten my car towed 4 times within first 3 months, (I no longer have a car because of this) all due to their need for having permit parking. You also can’t park your car anywhere around the apartments because neighbors aren’t as welcoming. I never got a tour of my apartment, I had to look at it myself, nor did anyone go over rules and regulations while doing my paperwork.
