Went here on tuesday the 3rd june at about 2pm. It looked like they were closed from the road and no-one wanted to come outside and help at all. I dont need BS excuses about being short staffed...I'm a customer thats not my problem. All good i will take my money elsewhere. Disappointing.
I have never experienced service of this quality from any car dealer in my life. I took my Ford Ranger in with an oil leak and the service department was brilliant. I would recommend Clancy Ford (or any of their franchises) to anyone in the area. I was treated with courtesy and respect, always with a smile and at the highest professional level. Quoted me $1600 to change my alternator. $1000 for a part that wasn’t even genuine, and $600 for labor. Told me how hard it was to change an alternator and that you needed special tools specific to my car. I went and bought an alternator from Repco for $370 and replaced it in my driveway in under 40 minutes with nothing but a socket set and a breaker bar/piece of pipe. It’s been going strong for nearly half a year already.
Everyone here has been absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Daryl has been a true gentleman, making the experience even better. We’re beyond excited to pick up our new car thank you, Clancy’s!
