Great experience dealing with Ford Dubbo when we got stuck in Dubbo with a very broken family car. Dom and Ali were extremely helpful and very fair on negotiation, they got us back on the road in no time with a great new (used) car for us to continue on our adventures. Highly recommended.

Will never, ever go back. Purchased our car 3 years ago, asked if any work had to be done on the paintwork or body as it was a demo. car. Salesman said no. That turned out to be untrue. Bonnet and front bumper has been resprayed. As for the service department, 7 hours for a small service, if something needs done under warranty, you have to argue with them to get it approved.
