I have been coming to the clam bar since I was a child, as I am a Long Island local. I have always been obsessed with the New England clam chowder, which is to die for. However at $20+ for a quart, it is a bit out of control. Not to mention the staff is horrible, they are rude, nasty, and act like we're doing them a favor by dining there. So sad to see the, end of an era...
The price has gotten insanely high for a quart of soup. However, the soup is delicious and we come every summer.
Always enjoy the clam bar. Been going for years. The lobster roll was amazing!
Great music, service was tops, food was great, especially the recommended swordfish, caught fresh that morning.
