I called them this morning and told them that there was a tree ready to fall on the power line on Lee’s Creek rd and that it wouldn’t take much wind or snow on it to fall. She told me that she would send someone out to take care of it well guess what!! Tree fell and now the Lee’s creek residence have no POWER!!! THANKS PUD for your non-concern for the people in the community!!!

Excellent customer service and caring employees! Jason responded to my call regarding our flickering lights within 20 minutes and found we had a major problem with our meter box which needed to be replaced immediately to prevent a fire or complete loss of power to our home. Jason connected me with an electrician and they were at our home the next morning to replace the meter box. Thank you for keeping our family safe!

Huge shout out to the crew who worked into the night, even bringing in an excavator, to get power back on to Taylor cut off and Wildwood Lane. You guys are amazing. Heard the guys talking to people as they drove by. All super friendly and professional. Thanks again for going above and beyond.
