The maintenance staff is great, but good fucking luck trying to find parking. It's bullshit that I have to park in the front of the complex in a visitors when I live in the back of the complex just to park and walk a great distance to get to my apartment. There are more tenants than available parking, it's a pretty big deal. HORRID STAFF OTHER THAN JOHN. HE'S A MANAGER NOW SO YOU DON'T EVER GET TO DEAL WITH THE ONLY COMPETENT PERSON ON STAFF. I MOVED OUT A FEW MOS BACK. THE PACE IS TURNING INTO A PROJECT. THEY LET ANYONE MOVE IN THERE. THE BUILDING IS SO OLD, EVERYTHING BREAKS OR IS FALLING APART, AND THEIR MAITENANCE IS SLOWER THAN ALL HELL. HALF OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE DO NOT WORK AND THEY DON'T RESPECT THE PROPERTY AT ALL. THEY LEAVE THEIR GARBAGE OUT FOR DAYS ON END AND THE COPS ARE THERE EVERYDAY!!! Horrible turnover rate. I was there for 3 years and had atleast 4 managers. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it took forever to get them over to fix!
Maintenance puts a band aid over the problem! They don't fix it! No hot water for 2 days. I used to love this place! Lived here for two years. Definitely considering not signing another lease!!!
