My granddaughters first ear piercing, very exciting experience. Staff was very polite and professional and very informative.
Looove the store. New management, quick and efficient piercings. I got my daughter pierced who was really scared, and the girl was so sweet. Took her time to get her relaxed and walked her through the whole process. Super sweet
Horrible experience with miracle today. She argued with me a PAYING customer. Then also proceeded to be cute and ask if I would like the corporate number to report her. So if she thinks her behavior is acceptable, she obviously feels the corporation allows her to be so rude. My mother had her ID for her grand daughter ear piercing. She would not allow my mother to use her ID from my daughter's ear piercing and insisted that she had to have mine and as I asked her why would she need mine if my mom is getting her ear pierced a... read more
