Let me start off by saying I am not one to write reviews but the store manager, Sierra, was amazing. She was very attentive and patient when it came to piercing my son’s ears. I will definitely recommend my friends to come and see her!
My only issue is my family's presence was not acknowledged as we walked in neither as we stood right in front of their employees waiting for services. And we waited longer than 10 minutes then someone asked us what we needed.
The DM is a real lazy piece of work. She has absolutely no business running these stores. I’ll never forgive her for the way she treated her own employees. Praise God so many of them had the courage to leave the toxic environment. Claire’s - DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER!
