I’d give them zero stars if I could. Took my 4 year old daughter to pick out some jewelry as a surprise at 4:30pm on Sunday 11/24. The store was closed. Nobody could tell me why or if they were reopening. Ridiculous.
We went to Claire's and off the bat they were super nice and welcoming, they told us it was gonna be fine and it wouldn't hurt that bad. She was very reassuring and perfect! It was my first piercing and yes It did hurt but not that bad. I recommend this store so much, have a good one!
