I made a pick up order on 2/19 when they were running a $2 sale. The next day they cancelled my pickup saying it was not in stock. I decided to go check it for myself because a couple days before another employee said some of the employees will cancel an order instead of filling it. I went into the store within the hour of the cancellation to see if the items were in stock and EVERYTHING in my order was there. The MANAGER said anyone in the store could cancel an order. Went here to get my ears pierced at Claire’s inside and Aja the manager was amazing! She really made me feel comfortable and they had amazing options for ears and she really valued my anxiety and took great comfort. I really recommend coming to this Claire’s for anything!
Stopped in looking for replacement earring backs. Aja went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Awesome service!!!
I had the most wonderful experience here I wish I could’ve got the ladies name who helped me but I know she had a lot of piercings and was absolutely lovely she helped me and my friend find belly rings and nose rings and she provided a wonderful experience!
