When I got my ear pierced the girl didn't know what she was doing and gun got stuck in my ear. Also, almost impossible to get the free earrings for a month. They are either on break or they close early. IF you do manage to catch them when they're open and get your free earrings they will try to upsell you every time.

I got my ear pierced here. I was told I could get free earrings every month for a year. They didn’t put my email in correctly. They refuse to work with me even though it was their error. You can’t get a hold of anyone on the customer service line.
