Aaliyah is a great person . I don’t know if this reaches clairs cooperate and i dont even know what she is paid right now but would actually recommend a raise for her . She deserves a lot for her service she provided for us . Not only her the other people in were Very great too . They pierced my baby and she felt so happy talking to these people in this store . Got some other lip glosses and stuff too .
Got pierced for very less and people in here are so sweet . They talk to you and they’ll be your best friends for ever . Mackenzie Is a very sweetest person and definitely a great person to make me visit the store again .
McKenzie at the Columbia TN location is phenomenal! I wish so bad that she would have been there the first time I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. We had to get them redone by McKenzie and my daughter didn’t even cry this time. She educated us better this round on aftercare than the previous employee who did them 3 years ago. She was so sweet and I have seriously referred like 3 people to go see her at this location since visiting on Monday.
We were on vacation and did a delivery order but it didn't show up, we went to store instead. It was busy but clean and stocked.
