Worker on 3/07/2025 had a very ugly attitude she accused me of knocking 4 sticker books on the floor that were on the floor when I came in she was on the phone flirting the whole time me and my kids were in the store y’all need to talk to workers about kindness there was stuff all over the floor and I feel she started a yelling argument for no reason. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a present for my daughter’s birthday online and it said it’d ready for pickup in 2-4 hours. 3 days later it’s still not filled. My husband went up there twice. First time the employee was rude and said she hasn’t done online orders and acted like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less. Second time my husband went the store was closed even though it was during open hours. Every time we called the store the line said it was busy. Couldn’t get our item or a refund. if i could give zero stars i would, made an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced walked in on time and there’s a group of people “in front of me” (how when i scheduled the appointment days prior) so i asked the lady if i could see the earring display and she looked at me like i was a idiot picked the display up and slammed it on the counter facing my direction mean mugging me, i will gladly go spend the 120 to get my daughters ears pierced somewhere else because of how rude that lady was!!
