Took my 5 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced today. She had been so excited to get her PURPLE EARRINGS. Well they did the first ear and the gun malfunctioned and got stuck on her ear. Which was very painful to get off. Sweet girl was scared and in pain. When it was finally off, it wasn’t purple it was blue! Which was very upsetting to her. It took almost a hour to calm her down enough to even get the other ear done. Then the wrong one had to be taken out while her mother and I had to more or less hold her down. T... read more

I didn't realize that Claire's were in Walmart so that was a bit tricky with the GPS. Store clerk was super nice and friendly.
