Went to Claires over the weekend to get my daughters ears pierced. Beautiful store and super friendly staff. The manager was super patient as my daughter kept having doubts. She walked my daughter though the entire process and made her feel comfortable with finally getting them done. Now my daughter can't wait to go back and start picking out earrings after the initial waiting period. We will definitely be going back to this location!
The manager is awful!!! We went in to get our daughters ears Pierced and we have 3 children, 5,4 and 1. OUR 4 year old daughter is deaf and has some other issues so she is a busy body touching things, loud etc. she grabbed a small gum machine and took the plastic off of it off the bat and our one year old was touching things to, I was watching them the best I could, taking things etc while they got the ear piercing stuff ready.
