Lame! Came just to shop at Claire’s (4:30pm)and the shop was locked up with a sign, “Be right back.” Waited and waited. No one ever came!! Bad business!
Don’t come here! Horrible custumer service. I Came here to get my ear pierced, the the employee just talking on the phone the whole time (bragging about how good she pierce people’s ear) i was stand for 15 minute and she doesn’t even care. And when i ask if she still gonna take awhile while, she just nod. She was very rude with no reason! So i walked away.
The girl working was on her phone the entire time we were in the store, she didnt even acknowlege we were in the store. When i went to the register to pay i had to stand there and wait for her to be done on her phone and get up to help us. Then, she was rude. Picked up her phone the second i was done paying and started playing on it again. Not a great customer service experience.
Not open during posted hours.
The clerks in Claire’s have always been very helpful and very nice! I have 3 ear piercings and a new nose piercing. I love Claire’s!!♥️
