My granddaughter Abigail was in the store today looking was wanting to get her ears pierced. Tori is such an amazing awesome person!!!! Shout-out to you!!! Tori worked with Abigail and was so patient with her!! Abigail let her pierce her ears!!! Thank you again Tori you are the best!!!! Abigail is like I absolutely love Tori now! Finally got second hole ear pierced and it was such a great easy almost painless experience. Must go see Tori. She is so sweet and is so professional!!!
My 8-year-old daughter got her ears re-pierced for the first time last week! I wasn't satisfied with the first one done at the same store by someone else, so Tory the store manager made it right with the re-piercing. Tory was very professional and apologetic about the situation a few weeks ago. She was very pleasant and very engaging when my daughter was selecting items to purchase. She is awesome and amazing! Keep up the good work Tory!!!
