Natalie manager at Claire's in Springfield Tennessee was gone to the bathroom and on her phone for 15 minutes when she finally came around the corner I was like do you work here she raised her voice at me and called me a liar when i explained the situation and was very disrespectful to me I was going to get my earlobes pierced with her yelling at me and raising her voice and put me in the state of mind that I don't want someone like that to pierce my ears if she's going to yell at me and be hostile I didn't want her to hurt ... read more
Was very knowledgeable and very patient . Did a perfect job piercing my ears . Explained everything to me
I attempted to go have my daughters ears pierced during open business hours. The shop was closed even though business hours posted were 12-8. I had arrived within that window. I was told by a Walmart associate that “they come and go as they please, they open and close whenever they feel”.. poor costumer service and very unprofessional! I suggest calling ahead to ensure someone is actually there. But would not recommend!
