Yesterday 1/26/19 I accompanied my friend to her bridal appointment at Claire’s. I couldn’t have been more disappointed by our experience there. The staff was obviously overwhelmed with dozens of girls of privilege choosing prom gowns. And although we had an appointment we were treated rudely and as if we weren’t welcome there. My friend had a budget and a few specific details she wanted in a dress. My experience at Claire’s was amazing! My consultant was so sweet, patient, super helpful, and she was 100% honest when I would put on a dress. Even though I didn’t find “the one”, I still really enjoyed myself!
had a wonderful experience today... only my first day of trying on Wedding gowns and I found The One... great selection and Maren was wonderful!
It was my first experience wedding dress shopping and Dolores and Christina were absolutely fantastic! They helped me find my perfect dress and made me feel so great the entire time!
